Upon opening CINC, we thought carefully about what we wanted to create. We decided to prove that, despite being in the most popular and touristic street in Sitges, we could offer a friendly, available, and attentive service to all – even a one-time tourist visiting Sitges for a single day. We wanted to offer high-quality, healthy food without being a formal restaurant, proving that a quick lunch or dinner at CINC is not a “fast-food” meal.

So, we created this hybrid place that is able to satisfy our guests’ needs all day long. CINC is a place to start your day with a freshly ground Illy café and a croissant filled with homemade custard. A place to have a quick, light lunch with a fresh salad, a tasty bocadillo, and a glass of Barcelona-brewed Moritz beer. A place to take a break as you enjoy a slice of cake while watching the world go by from our terrace. A cosy location where you can celebrate the end of a full day – whether on holiday or business – enjoying an Aperol Spritz and some tapas. A place to wine and dine, savouring premium brands and the very best Italian recipes prepared using local ingredients wherever possible.
